I purchased one Dr. aquaguard classic+ from a sales person who visited my home on 17/01/2018. Even after two weeks no body came for installation. MR. MANIKANDAN, THE SALES PERSON IS NOT PICKING HIS PHONE. I contacted their customer service centre(no. 08046636363) and THEY SAID THEY HAVE NO DETAILS OF MINE WITH THEM. The CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE SAID THAT THEY CANNOT HELP ME. But they gave me another number and asked me to contact that number(08080947852). TO MY SURPRISE THIS NUMBER IS FOUND OUT OF SERVICE. When I emailed my complaint to the customer care a reply came immediately(seems automatic reply) asking to give certain details in a format. But format did not accept any input. I strongly believe something is really wrong with the Eureka Forbes organization. At this juncture I visited various sites for the review of Aquaguard. There are a lot of complaints of the similar nature. IT APPEARS THAT THERE IS SOME SERIOUS PROBLEM WITH THE ORGANISATION EUREKA FORBES. So my advice is not to purchase any product of Eureka Forbes/Aquaguard.
