I am writing this review expecting the Eureka Forbes ppl will help me out. Servicing the unit seems like a never ending issue. I have called the help line number many times but I keep hearing that the technician will visit "next day".
The next day has not come yet! I hope the Eureka Forbes guys are listening and will take some action. From the review of the product on MS, it is obvious that many customers are complaining on the lack of good service provided by the company. When the unit stops working, it is expected that the service technician is available in few hours notice to fix the issues.
Hope the company is taking notice of this.
