I had purchased aquasure from aquagaurd ro+ uv model at 17000 in feb 2015 after installed it doesnot pure it I called service person he told the is fault am very much upset that new product is not used a single day.
The filter is bad they replaced new filter again after 6 months same problem I called customer care daily till now more than 20 times no one attended for repair.
Daily the girls attending call they just asking for customer id address verification just simply tell today will be resolved whether they are human are robot they didnt hear our queries they are speaking like tape recorder stupids such a irritating person more than 20 times I called till now no one attended dont buy these product of eureka forbes very poor service and defaulted equipment.
