Please don’t buy any product, as the service should remain same for all the devices, In my device, water was flowing all the time from the outlet and waste outlet. Also this device wastes so much of water more than 4 liters to produce one liters of drinking water. I bought this device on 15th oct and it was giving trouble on 3rd nov. I called up the service centre so many times for two weeks and then someone appeared. Instead of repairing it he broke a few more parts. And promised to came back the next day with spares.
As expected he did not show up till the next 4 days. it was 20th nov already, Ultimately on claiming that I want my money back, someone showed up the next day.
Very interesting thing was that, he replaced the membrane with a lower grade of membrane and claimed it to be ok, which I did observe and caught them. Please see that parts are replaced with correct spares.
Now, I was told actual spare will be available after 1 week. Interestingly it was already a 3 weeks, finally some one came before time on the 4th day of that week and replaced the membrane, which is again no surprise to me as it is not working. Water is again flowing all the time from both the outlets.
Also, the water delivered is having TDS 600 and as was promised 10. since then I am buying water from outside which has a TDS of 25-30. This situation is not only with me but 2 others in my apartment having the same device.
I have sent so many mails but not even once it was responded to.
I am not sure about the next action of theirs as well as mine. Any suggestions from your experience.

So finally a good news, my fight resulted in getting the old Device replaced with Aquaguard Gold Nova and as it is cheaper one I will get the difference refunded. This device is UV based and good enough for the metro water which has a TDS level of less than 500. I selected this one as I recon it will have less trouble and atleast rated a bit higher than the RO.
I think I am one of the luck one to get it, but this happened just because I made note of each and every correspondence according to my complaint and made life difficult of each and every person at EF, called the sales person, managers, service people, So never forget to compile it and also keep posting reminders every day to the company.
