I paid Rs. 7880 in 2014 Oct for 2 years service contract for my RO Filter. A month back the tap started leaking. Technician came and made it worse, left home with the promise of coming back next day. Since then Every week I raised a service ticket, Eureka Forbes closed all 4 tickets without any visit, leave alone solving the problem. The leak is all over and we have stopped using the water filter. Shame on Eureka Forbes. I may have to throw the filter for a new one, of course from another brand, but I do intend to go to consumer court before I do that. Honest Advice: DO NOT BUT ANY PRODUCT FROM EUREKA FORBES.
