Poor Service Standard

Ever since I bought Eureka Forbes Reviva RO system, we are in big trouble. Half the time we are spending money on bottled water as every now & then this system would not work. To add to our worries, they have really pathetic service standards. Nobody came for the service after my most recent complaint(lodged on 18-Jan-07, complaint no. 24387). We have called their call centre at least 5-6 times after that. Every time a new agent takes the call and promises to check. We are still waiting for the service.


I would sincerely suggest all my friends to resort to bottled water rather than investing money in Aquaguard. Or go for a local brand, you will save some money.


Anybody goes for a renowned brand only to ensure that they will at least provide decent after sales service, at least to protect their brand image. This does not seem to be t he case with Eureka Forbes. They are least bothered about their image.
