Eureka Forbes deliver faulty products

Eureka Forbes shows sweet dreams to the customers while selling their products. Once the product is sold out, your struggle starts.


I bought a Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Reviva RO on 19th Feb 2012. Since then I am following up either for installation of product or post installation for the replacement of faulty product.


Initially during installation of the product it was noticed that the RO bottle was leaking, the technician however fixed it, but after he left the bottle started leaking again. Pathetic response from the call center, so I wrote a dirty mail to the eurekaforbes support team, post this mail the faulty RO bottle was replaced the next day.


However after that I noticed that the water storage tank of the main unit was leaking. Again had to write


a mail to these guys. After few days I got a call from the Eureka Forbes and was informed that the faulty product will be replaced and they have tested the new product before delivery. Post the new product was delivered, the technician left and after an hour of filling the tank we found the tank of the newly delivered unit was leaking even badly than the original one. Truly an example of bad quality control.


Anyone knows how to get back the money? I have lost the trust on this product.
