I complained to service through customer care. They sent mr.suresh(8553455129) for service, he came and changed 3 filters and charged Rs-3000/- and gave bill(attached copy). After 15 days again filter blocked, again I complained. Within 2 days they sent Mr. Santosh(7259518118) for service, he came and checked the filter and informed us that the filter what Suresh changed was used one. Then I called suresh on his mobile. He did not pic the call, then I came to know that his name is Babuji(through true caller). I went to service office Bangalore(mahalakshmi layout) and complained to Mr.jAnasultanki raman(9343756476) on 7/10/2015, Because Pradeep(mAnasultanger) was no there.
No call till now from your office regarding this issue. I messaged them that I am going to put this information in net, but they are not bothered. Now who is Froude, your company(aqua guard) or your company staffs, who is using your company name for their earnings, they have given your company bill. We have given complaint to aqua guard, and we believe in you and accept your service people into our house, and you are sending criminals and thieves into our house. I need proper explAnasultantion from aqua guard, or I will file a complaint against you people. At least take care of your company, awaiting for your early reply. Regards,
