Aquaguard Reviva do not take the product

I have purchased an aqua guard Reviva RO water purifier. The sales man (Subramani) came to house 2 times and tested the water the TDS level was betweeen 500-650. He recommended me to go for aqua guard reviva. I have did the survey for other brands also finally I had decided to take the same. The sales man taken the check from me and installed the purifier. After installation when I have checked my TDS level it was came down to 15-20. which is very less. Now after that when ever I was trying to called the sales person he is not piking up my phone. after a long try when I had called from a different number he picked up the phone and given me the false promise to use 80% memrane to maintain the TDS. Then I have given complain to customtakeouter care they technician came and replaced the RO membrane still the TDS level is 15-18 only. Now I am helpless the sales man is not piking up the phone. Service center also I have given the problem but no body is listing to my problem. Again after spending 11000 still I am purchasing can water for drinking.  I will advise all of of you friends that better to go for automatic TDS level maintaining water purifier. Either You can go for Aquaguard Total Sensa or Kent Grand Plus. Do not compromise on the water quality. Better to go for Kent Grand Plus you can save 3500.


I want to know that whether this is a known problem with this product or there is solution available?. Or I had selected wrong product? according to specification at 90% TDS level reduction for 500 TDS, output water should have 50 TDS.  please provide the feedback I am eagerly waiting for your reply/suggestions.
