It my sincere request don’t go for Aqua guard water purifier. If you still want to buy then first buy family protection insurance plan because at any point of time you may commit suicide. This is true.
Please check my experience below:
I took Aruaguard protect + water purifier some time back. I didnt even know that need to replace the candles for every year.(because nobody told me before that).
Till two years same filters worked for me with out any issues. Thenone fine day I called customer care to repalce the filters.
I took AMC plan to replace candles. Next three months no issues. Then started real problems.
First taste was not proper. Called customer care. One guy came and did something and went. After 30min outflow was not stopping at all. After 3-4 hrs also 10lts water tank not filled.
Called customer care and same technician again, next day our brilliant technician came he told me that some filter blocked. He replaced with some other filter. Now outflow is controlled but complete taste gone.
Called customer care and same technician, this time he did some thing to get taste, it worked for 10mins and out flow completely blocked.
From that day onwards called customer care many times, called SAP service manager his name is Ali: 09342310552 and also Brahma Rayappa : 09342310515, these two brilliant managers they dont even pick the phone and many times phone is switch off
Customer care guys promised me they come do it immediately but that never happened.
My sincere request plz dont buy this product at all. This is my experience.
I took annual maintenance also but no use at all. I paid almost 4.5k for annual maintenance to replace filers and service for 1 yr. They took my amount but never ever solved my problem.
If any aqua guard people ask you to take water purifier please dont take .
