I don’t know what went wrong with the Aquaguard total sense. Water keeps overflowing from top. Technician took the machine two times to there office saying that "they will fix , observe for few hours and bring it back. And I just wonder what did they do over there.
Every time they return with the statement - they have replaced almost all parts of it and now it is like brand new machine, and as soon as they leave my home.. and it starts overflowing after filtering for the first time. It’s been more than 10 days now and I am struggling to get proper technician who can fix it.
Service technician comes from Poorna Solutions (Franchisee holder of Eureka Forbes) and I feel that these guys are untrained. My service request id : 0071107591
