I am using Eureka Forbes Total sensa water purifies in my home. On Dec 23(Thu), a service technician visited our house to replace the candle of the purifier. While replacing the candle, he broke the sensor and our water purifier has stopped working after that. Ive been making complaints with Eureka Forbes for the last three days. A complaint gets registered but nobody is bothering to come to check the issue.
I think all these guys care about is to lure you to get into their AMC contract. But once the AMC contract is signed, they dont give a damn about customers nor worry about the service.
We have a 4 month old baby at home and without water, its putting us into tremendous hardship.
Ive already filed 4 complaints so far and keeping my days counting as to when the technician will show up.
Extremely disappointed by Eureka Forbes service. My advice to fellow citizens is to stay away from them for your own good.
