My complaint # is 63834177. I will recommend Eureka prdocts especially the Sensa one - ONLY to the worst of enemies in my life. STAY AWAY from buying this product. Their engineers don’t know how to install and service. GO WITH A SOME OTHER VENDOR.
First of all they did not raise a complaint request for 10 days saying their computer is not working. In 2011 we have to believe all these nonsence. Finally I managed to raise a complaint but no avail.
Basically Eureka engineers don’t know how to install this product - because I had to have 4 installation visits done for this stupid product. Once one "school going kid" came for regular service and he broke something now the water is leaking.
