Hi,
I bought AquaGuard Total Sensa SMP+ on Sep. 18th, 2011.(a week back). Its installed in the evening.
Overnight it started malfunctioning. There is water leakage, TDS level not maintained in the range and customer service staff not able to rectify the issue. Here is the Web Service Request no: ba89518b5773(There is on Customer centre request number which is NOT SMSed as claimed). So there should be 2 complaints in this regard.
TDS levels showed 290 and 013 to my surpose when Service staff was checking as part of their analysis which shows that the machine is malfunctioning(Its in AUTO mode FYI).
The machine is still leaking despite turning off the power. Now I closed the Pressure valve.
I am promised that the Machine will be replaced by the Sales Person. But till day no body is taking responsibility to replace as promised.
The Process that they claim is totally in theory I beleive.
Escalated to 2 levels through WEB Service requests. NO RESPONSE.
