Bad product

I purchased aqua guard sensa vide bill no: bd08-821030948 and serial no:8000193 dated: 20-06-2008 priced 17900/- with 2 years warranty and lifetime free service. My perception about this machine as well as euerka forbes changed just a month after i began using it. Water is something which you will need everytime and every day, but the day this machine started malfunctioning, it was like a nightmare.the machine has three modes of operation, intelli mode, ro mode and uv mode. As per the service manual, if you leave the machine under intelli mode, the machine is supposed to understand which mode suits bests for operation and will automatically clean the water in that mode, depending on the tds levels in the water.but to my surprise, just after few months of operation, whenever i kept the machine under intelli mode, it automatically switched to uv mode.


Now uv mode is not something which is desirable as ro mode is required for filtering borewell water as the tds levels are very high. If you leave the machine under intelli mode within few minutes you will see that it is working in uv mode. So you have to again drain the water and start from beginning.i have been following up with eureka forbes for last few weeks to rectifiy this problem. First time the engineer came and without much diagnosis told me to give a letter in the company.but even after giving a letter there is no response from the company. This being the most expensive model has failed to deliver the service.


I request you to change the model immediately and replace it with aquaguard ro.i hope you will do the same.
