Earlier I had eNova from Aquaguard and it was working very well and had never faced any issue with it
In the new society, we moved to did’nt have a water connection from PMC and we had to rely on bottled water, as eNova was not suitable for hard water.
So I decided to buy a RO system, and contacted Kent; but even after waiting for a week they never called us
so I called up Eureka forbes and their engineer was at my door step very next day, he told us about 3 products one was Sensa and other two were RO system.
I decided to go for Sensa because it can work with any kind of water and you don’t have to worry about it
I read reviews on MS and they were mixed some -ve and+ve, so after contemplating a lot and I placed the order
look wise its not that good, and looks a bit robotic;), its slightly heavy and big.
just after three weeks the unit stopped working, service engineer told me that its sensor is not working
so he replaced it.
I bought this unit in September 2010 and baring the sensor issue this unit is working very well, no issues so far. only one complain though, when the unit is working its pump makes some noise not loud though.
so far I am happy with the product, and will update if I face any issues with it.
