3 rd grade service from eureka forbes

I have aquaguard senssa...it’s pcb is not working from 7 sep , I have reg a complain on 9 sep, it almost 45 days and still not repaired , , I is still under warranty period...there service is 3rd class and should not launch new products if they can’t provide spare part ..........


I stay in Mumbai and they dont have spare part even in Mumbai region ...........


When they r selling there products they will call u hundred times but after that nobody will listen you. I wll suggest not to buy eureka products ....they don’t even provide any higher authority numbers where we can contact and solve our problems, if they continue such 3 rd class services........ one day they will be out of the market.
