I bought Total sensa water purifier two months back. Since then The product is not working properly.we made several complaints and 4 times the Aqua guard person has turned up to correct the issue. Two times they didn’t find any issue, the third time they said its an issue with the censor, and they will clean it. After cleaning it started working for few hours before it stopped working.
Next time he claimed that he changed the censor, again the same story continued. Today I called the area manager, hard that the person who came here didn’t change the censor but only told us that he has changed it.
The persons who came for sales is not responding to any calls. I’m planning to go to consumer court, for claiming a replacement or refund.
