On 13-April-12, I made a payment of Rs18990/= for the purchase of Sensa water purifier to Mr.Rakesh sales person from Eureka Forbes Bangalore. He confirmed me that the product will be delivered at my place the next day 14-April-12, till date its not delivered yet and at every time when I call they simply escalating that they are running out of stock and their response is also not fair. If they don’t have stock then why they sold it to me, they should have intimated before my payment. This is annoying if I wont get proper response ill make petition thru Consumer Court.
