Very poor after sales service of Eureka sensa

I bought Total Sensa and it was fixed in my house on 29th may 2009 and warrant period is two years. Before expiry of warranty it gave trouble and is not functioning for the last 25 days.  My several visits to their branch three service people came and see the sensa and said that the spare part is not available. I do not know how much time they would take to get it repaired.  God only knows.


India needs most after sales service people. Now a days the service  is outsourced.  We can not get it repaired  thru some third party as entire spare parts is with them only.  If they do not repair the product our last resort is legal.
