This is regarding request number 85716960 which was raised on 16th October 2011 still not resolved. After paying 12K I am buying water from outside, since it is not working properly. If you call customer care it of no use, every time they say it will be resolved the same, but its of no use. Water purification is but who cares good service important to increase the sales.
