Hi! would like to share my experience with Eureka Forbes and the shamelessness of the Company and its executives, its the worst customtakeouter experience I and My family Members have had, they dont seem to care about their customtakeouters at all. We got a sesna installed at our house on 30th April and the machine didnt work even once. We requested the company and its executives to change the machine and provide us a new one as it was faulty since the beginning but all we have received is excuses and have been troubled till date.
Our Problem has not been solved till date and we are forced to buy Bisleri and fill drinking water from our neighbors at times. We explained our position to the executives but they are unmoved. We have had discussions with numerous Executives namely Mr. Sanjay Singh, Ms. Simran, Mr. Hassan, Mr. Pandey(Branch Manager), finally wrote a mail to the company but to my surprise had no response from the company as well.
Also posting the mail sent to company for all, I request all never to buy Eureka Forbes Products, feel cheated and disgusted with the whole experience.

Dear Sir/MaamThis is in reference to recently bought Aquagaurd Sensa from Eureka Forbes, I would like to share my Traumatic experience with the Product and the executives of your Company.
I had booked a Demo for Sensa online and one of your executives Mr. Sanjay Singh contacted me and came to our house for the Demo on 26th April 2012, we had immediately booked the Sensa Model after the Demo. He informed us that the Purifier will reach us via Courier but we didnt receive any shipment till 30th April and when it reached us it was brought by the same Executive(Mr Sanjay), I inquired him regarding the same and expressed that the packed was opened earlier but I was given a lame excuse from his end. the Machine was installed that very day but wasnt working we immediately got in touch with with Mr. Sanjay but the tone had suddenly changed and more and more excuses has followed since then from his and other executives from your organization. They have constantly stressed on the fact that we get he machine repaired, whereas I had requested them for replacement as the machine didnt work properly even once.
I have been harassed and traumatized by the whole experience, I request your strict and swift action on the same or else I would have no choice left but to move to consumer court.
