Hello, I am sharing my personal experience with Eureka Forbes Aquaguard ST2000 Water Purifier. Aquaguard is a very old and reliable company but my experience with this water purifier was very bad.
Before 2 years my father was purchasing Aquaguard water purifier. We were installed the purifier at the same day. In starting it was working great. it’s speed was very good. I was very happy for it’s good service but after 4 months the purifier was creating slowly slowly problems. The purifier was working very slowly.The speed of water purifier was very slow. It gives water very slowly. The flow of water in water purifier was very low.so, it was wasting so many times and in every 2-3 months taste of water was changed. So, the durability of this purifier was very bad and poor.
When I was calling to customer service they told me to send a men tomorrow. But next day no one come for service. After 3-4 days a man was come from company for service and he check the purifier and told me that some of the part of purifier was damage because of that the machine working slowly. for replacing the part of purifier he charged 1000 RS when I was told that my purifier was in warranty period so the service was free of cost but he doesn’t understanding and arguing me. The customer service was very mis behavior and rude.
Talking about user friendly. This water purifier was very easy to use any one can use it very easily. It was clear and understanding for operating.so, it was user friendly.
It was easy to handy we can easily hanging it on the wall. It doesn’t take a space in the kitchen.
Now the design and style was very old and not attractive. because now in market there are so many new models was launched and the style and designs of new models was good as compared to Aquaguard ST2000.
All over I was vary disappointed with this product because After 2-3 months later it create problems so, that I was fraustrated it and wasting lots of money on it. So, I am not satisfied from this water purifier. I will give it 1 out of 5.
