I had brought the Total Duo model from Aqua guard more than a year back. I brought it based on the basis of the advertisements in the TV and the instant response from the sales team for giving the demonstration at my house. I wanted to buy Ken RO but no one responded to the SMS.
The RO plant works ok for 3 month then it starts to give salty water.
Now I am under AMC, every time I raise a service request there is not proper response from the service provider. Please note the Aqua guard does not have a in house team to provide service to the customers.
Every time I call call center the person tells me that within 24 hrs the service will be done, but no one comes. There is no SLA that is being adhered to, if you try to escalate though the online portal it does not accept the complaint number given by customer care.
It is a total let down from Aqua Guard, their sales and marketing very good, if you send SMS to their number 566775 you will get a call instantly from the marketing executive.
I am not sure about the alternative to the Aqua guard , maybe all other providers are like this... since we cannot win a lawsuit in court.
