I bought the Aquaguard on Aug 2012. Till July 18 2013, I did not face any issue on this. Now the situation changed to reach the service. Till July 18 from Aug 2012 , only one general service was done by the Franchise of Aqua guard : [ Manju Enterprises ] - Attached Proof of service card . Issue description follows.
Machine failed to work on 18 Jul 2013 - Raised complaint Over phone : 72287552 : As well they have provision to raise the complaint on website : Complaint No : 72ccc10496.
After several follow up service engineer turned up on 22 July: After opening he immediately said, Candle failure: Need to replace -- Pay money. After some time : he said, Motor is not working : Then he said sorry, I gave wrong connection and tested.
He tried to clean the candle and said problem already informed in earlier service. I argued where is the proof when u came for general service. He immeidately said, senior service engnieer will come for service and will resolve . No one turned up till now ( July 25 2013). His mobile number : 8056520706
I called customer care again on 24 July. They said they will raise an escalation complaint and provided the number : 72349935 : From my end I have also raised escalation from website to Ms.Anu Kotian on July 24 .
Spoke to chat provision of Eureka Forbes as well and attaching the chat description.
Today also I tried to reach the customer care and I could not get a solution.
My problem statement: If service guy would have attended the service on time, then the problem would have been identified earlier and solved. To my knowledge the service engineer fault , so the cost of replacement of whatever parts ( candle, motor ..etc) should be taken care by Eureka Forbes or its franchise Manchu enterprise.
Very pathetic service:
I infer from my apartment, KENT is providing good service : What I have decided is Now that it is close to one year , gone by is gone...water can charge for one year is equivalent to aquaguard .. Go for Kent. In my apartment close to 10 people are owning KENT and except me .
