I have been a user of Aquaguard Gold Nova for over 3 years and have been satisfied with the product. When I moved into a new house I couldnt use the old device since it is not equipped to handle borewell water so I had to purchase another one.
First Turn off: Eureka did not offer me any loyalty Bonus, a discount of mere 1000 rupees was offerred for buy back(the equipment Gold Nova costed me 10, 000).
I personally went to the Eureka office at Kanakpura Road, met a Sales guy(Pavan) and he promised to come home and check the water Purity level and recommend the correct appliance.
He came home on 9th April, check TDS and recommended Total Enhance, did payment via Credit card on same day and was promised installation within a week since no stock existed.
I was prepared to wait for a week.
End of week no call yet from the Sales person. I chased them since I needed clean drinking water at my place. I got a call from the Technician indicating that GREEN RO would be installed at my place.
Surprisingly I had been recommended ENHANCE RO since TDS level at my house is higher than what GREEN RO could handle. I told that to the technician, he said he would clarify with sales and get back. One more day gone to drain.
20th April, no call till date, I again followed up aggressively, was told Tech would come next day. Close to 2 weeks now since payment done and NO INSTALLATION YET(no signs rather).
21st April I was preparing to go out to attend a wedding reception, Technician calls me saying he is coming for installation.
He came home and installed the product in 20 minutes, took 300rs for the stand and didnt even bother to give invoice for the STAND. He did not check if water outlet is working properly and left. Since I too was in hurry to go the fucntion I didnt bother much.
After I came back from function, drained 2 tanks and tried to collect water it was then I noticed that the water from the outlet is very very slow. Checked the same machine which is installed at my in laws place and theirs was working OK.
I called the service center on 22nd to log a complaint, lady said system is slow and she will SMS the complaint number. No call on 23rd, 24th followed up again and was informed complaint not logged at all.
New call logged on 24th April, it is 27th today, no call yet from technician, In between I followed up on 26th and still no call.
The service is absolutely PATHETIC to say the least, I would not advise anybody to buy this product unless you want sleepless stressful nights.
I regret not having bought KENT or any other Brand.
EUREKA Shame on you and I would NEVER EVER buy a Eureka or Recommend it.
