Such a bad product and service from eureka forbes. I had high regards for this company till last month. Though many people advised me to look for competitors’ products, I almost with closed eyes chose this product only to realise after 12 months what bad decision I have made.
As many people have commented here, the product breaks down once the warranty period is over. Then the service engineer comes and asks to replace the candles/filters which would cost approx 4000/-!!! The service promised while buying , 3 free services in a year. But in reality, the engineer turned out for just one visit in last 13 months. For the latest complaint, they almost took 5 days to send someone..
Please don’t plan to buy this product.
