I got the AMC renewed for Aquaguard Total Enhance on last Saturday, 29th Aug, 2015 in which they replaced the old filters with new one and within 4 days the water tasted bitter. Raised a complaint with Customer Service and for drinking water they prefer to be aloof as if its not their concern. First the Service Engineer looks horrible and the best part is he doesn’t know how to do the fittings. Bunch of unprofessional people hired as Service Engineers with no dressing sense, dirty hands and their main objective is to get your wallet lighter by asking for either 1 year or 2 years AMC which is another way of cheating.
Horrible service, never buy their products as they believe in cheating rather than fixing the problems you are facing.
