I bought a Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Total Enhance from eureka Forbes paying Rs.13000/- in the month of 13th Mar-2012. During installation time I requested sales man to test the source water and install accordingly which is best suitable.
Then he suggested and installed Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Total Enhance model. Then I asked capacity of cartridge filtration then he replied it will filter 8000 Lts and for in a family of two members’ minimum Two years it will work. Then asked sales person what is the cost of cartridge to change then he told Rs. 2000 only.
After installation of two months water taste has been changed and I called customer to test the TDS level of filtered water in Jan-2013. The service boy recommended to change the cartridge soon and it will charge Rs. 4150/-.
In Mar-13 customer service man came and suggesting to change the cartridge worth of Rs 4150+450 installation charges. Please don’t believe Eureka Forbes customer executive. They simply talk nonsense anything like.
