Too Much noise and lots of water waste

I bought this product a week ago. The service is pathetic. No one responds to the calls. I was being followed up for 2 months before taking the product by the agents, after purchase no response at all. The product makes a lot of noise and for one liter of water that the machine fills 10 liters of water gets wasted. Please try to address the issue at the earliest.
