Think 1000 times before you go to purchase this product. Their sales and Service team is lier. They will commit anything to their customer just strike their deal.
This product cost approx 13.8K and annually, they will ask to change filter which cost 4200/-.
Can Eureka forbes justify it? While demonstrate and sales deal they said we need to spend approx 1200 Rs to change its filter. Once it completed 1 year their service representative started calling 3-4 time every day unexpectedly, and start telling that your guaranty / warranty will be expire if you don’t change filter. This is something threatening to customers.They will not answer that, Why should I change my filter basis of usage. My usage is max 8 ltr perday(Not even that).
Me and my friend purchase the same product in the same day. His usage is 20-25 ltr per day.
Eureka Forbes, please stop making your customer fools.
If I get 20 ltr water bottle from other vendor, I can use it for 3.5 days @ 40Rs. Means total cost for a year would be 365 / 3.5=104.28*40= 4171 INR per year. Why the hell I should spend 4200 Rs for changing filters. getting 8 ltr of water after 28-30 mins additionally after wasting 20-22 ltr of water for purification process. What the hell.I should have thought of it before I purchased it last year.THINK GUYZ THINK 1000 TIMES BEFORE YOU MAKE ANY DECISION.
