I lodged a complaint on 11 Aug 2013, regarding leakage in their product, and calling from last one week, but I think no one is here to listen or read? They don’t pay attention to their customers, they just want to sale product only, I don’t know why people are saying Eureka best company, IT IS NOT!
My complaint number is 72623009, their executive visited for 5 mins, and just saw the box(product :-) and, said that this is the work of plumber or technician, and he will be sending the plumber boy in one hour, and its now one week, NO ONE CAME!
My complete wall has been damaged, even my neighbors are complaining, I AM JUST FED UP, Guys please let me know, they will come or not? Do I need to contact Consumer Court?
