Water hardness and service

I have purchased this product on 15/03/2012. Till now I haven’t received the Invoice . At the time of installation, technician  promised me that the Invoice will be send by the company within a week after the installation.


Two days back I checked the water hardness and surprisingly it was 122. Normal hardness should be between 25 and 30.  I have complaint to the customer care on 23rd of May, 8.00am and  I got the complaint number also(66781973). The customer executive promised me the complaint will be attended by one of their technician within 24hours time. But, till now no one has turned up and attend my complaint. I called up so many times to the customer care but like the product like the company. No proper response.


After paying Rs. 11990.00,  now I am paying telephone call charges also for contacting customer care for rectifying the problem.


Before buying this product, from Eureka Forbes advertisements I was having a lot of faith on this product. But now, I think I made a mistake. I would have go for some other product.  Now I am planning to get rid off this product from my kitchen and go for some other one. Rs.11990.00  which I paid to the company is a gift from side to them for doing this kind of service to their customers. well done Eureka, keep it up!
