Bad product, Bad service. Product name - Aquaguard Enhance RO+ UV

Complaints.
1) Didn’t get the wall hanging stand, I ordered the stand on the first call after registering for demo. So without stand it is difficult to keep the item in my house.
2) Didn’t get bill via email, I got a cash receipt with manual at the time of delivery .
3) On 15/10/2013 One person installed it without stand and he told that it is necessary to flow out the entire water 1 - 2 time before collecting the water for first time.So I flow out water 1st time, but after that the machine is very slow and it will off and the light blink in every 2 min .
