Defective Water filter

I had purchased Aquaguard-Enhance UV+ on March 2013, after a week the indicator light started blinking red and just 1/4 tank filled with water. The service guys came thrice but failed to rectify the problem.


In November 2013 the problem has worsened and no drinking water is getting collected in tank, we once again raised complaint on 09/11  but no one turned up after 72 hrs.


On 12/11 a service guy checked and said this need system board changed and will come back next day, but did not turn up, we followed up with the customer care personnel and every time they gave me false assurances


I also contacted( sales incharge) but not of much help, according to him he is into sales and not into service. Today, 16/11  another service guy checked and again said system board needs to be changed and this will happen only next week as no one is available in their office.


At this moment I would like to point that due to non-functioning of this Aquaguard I had to buy Bisleri bottles daily for my family. Even after knowing this Eureka Forbes is not taking my request seriously.


The service guys come at their convenience and well planned in such a way that things can be put for next day,


i.e. 4-5PM on weekdays or after 12 PM weekends.


I would not suggest to any body to buy products from aquaguard. Even my parents had aquaguard water purifier and had same service issue. Now they switch to Kent RO and happy with its service.
