Guys,
I am writing as one of the most disgruntled customers of Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Enhance product. I bought this product in Aug 2013 and this product has stopped working at least 4 times since then.
I have lodged complaints every time and first of all this not attended on time and secondly the guy visiting for service or issue resolution has no clue about the product. The service seems to be outsourced locally by Eureka Forbes who are a bunch of MORONS and are actually telling to my wife that this product is a failure and you should not buy from Eureka Forbes. They are trying to cross sell some other local company’s product with a buyback option. IMAGINE THAT!
I am frustrated with this product. It has stopped working again since 20th Mar and I have lodged a complaint with number 75537058 and till date i.e 5th Apr no one has bothered to even call and understand our problem, forget a visit. We are buying bisleri bottles for drinking and its a really a pathetic situation at home. I even tried contacting the sales person Mr. Makarand 9987615414 and all he has given is assurance. He has finally admitted that the product is a failure and though he had suggested us the product there are some quality issues on the product. I feel cheated and am extremely dissatisfied with this product and company.
If anyone is reading this, my suggestion is to JUST AVOID this company. All they are interested is in sales of their products and no service at all!
I will keep everyone posted on what happens with my case frequently.
