It is very disappointing to write a review about a company not providing service which was promised during sourcing the product. I bought Total Enhance in the month of September 2012. I was informed will get 2 service free. I called your customer service, who did not revert, though I used to get call from lady promising about service but no one came.
I raise a request from your portal with SR no 096b1b0efad8 on 18/05/2013, till date no service received & im not able to escalate this on your website.
I would request you to check below mail which was sent in month on Feb 2013.
