Water purifiers are used in households and places where people frequent because these purifiers provide good drinking water. Good drinking water is a must to keep away water borne diseases especially from children. These are a must in places where the water is polluted.
Though our city provides good tap water, we thought it is always better to purify water before drinking and decided to buy a water purifier years back. We have been using Eureka Forbes old model for many years and decided to change it. Though many brands and models are available in the market, we thought we would go for a latest model of Eureka Forbes and bought a Gold Nova model in April 2008.
We use it once a day to fill up bottles and also fill up a vessel and use that water for kitchen needs like boiling water for tea, coffee etc. We have found it very convenient and working to our satisfaction so far without giving any trouble. We have called the service centre only for normal servicing and cleaning of filters etc.
*After the warranty was over, have entered into an AMC for its maintenance. We have found that the service have generally been good and prompt.
