My Second Review (For first review see below mentioned as My first review)Siddarth Singh The Brand Manager is not trustworthy as his authority within his department is not respected.
Reasons:
Siddarth Promised in his response to attend to the issue in Priority basis. Looking at his response I was initially releaved that my grievance will be attended. After a week a representative turned up looked up at my complaint , agreed that it was thier fault and assured me to replace with the right kind of purifier.Its nearly arround 4 weeks and nobody turned up and when I called the person who came to attend the issue(Mr Maruti) gave me thier managers no Mr Shri Kumar. When I spoke to Shri Kumar he was Dumb and was least bothered and very irresponsible even after mentioning about assuarance from Siddarth Singh’s. Again after talking to Mr Maruti, SHri Kumar Called me back and said the product will be replaced next day with the right one. Its been 2 Weeks and nobody has tured up. I request all Moutshut Readers not l to trust Eurka Forbes and Dear Mr Siddarth Singh Please dont make false assurance and fool people in ’Moutshut’. Initially I had very high regards to you as you were responding to your customers grievance, but now in total I have lost faith in Eureka forbes. My hard earned Money has gone to waste as I am selling my purifier for what ever price it goes and either buy purifier from some other reliable brand or continue using Bottled water.
My First Review
2 Weeks back thinking that Eureka Forbes is the best in water purifiers, after going through their site I requested through thier online no my interest on Total Infinity not knowing which purifier is suitable for the kind of water I get in my house. After repeated calling they sent an executive to attend my need. Here started the pathetic service. I expected the sales rap to guide us through the kind of water purifier that suites the type of water we receive. Instead without testing the water he ordered Total infinity. The next day he came for installation and made mess of my house by making it a swimming Pool. he dint even bother to close the valve of the water supply resulting in water flood in my house. My wife with the small kid ( in my absence) had a very tough time cleaning the mess. At last the purifier got installed. Next day we started using the purifier and we found the water tasted very bad and had irritation in our throat. when we called the sales Rapresentitive, after few days he came down to my house and tested the water resulting in High TDS of more than 750PPM. I was shocked. A technical sales representitve who was suppose to guide us with the suitable purifier, dint even bother to test the water before going a head with the Total infinity. What kind of service is this. My hard earned money is all gone waste as I am not using the Purifier, instead gettting bottled water for drinking. I kindly request the readers and future buyers of water purifier not to rely on Eureka Forbes.
