Infinity Model purchsed in March 2011. Payment made by Cheque. As unit is not sold in mkt, purchased directly from you. Last week my unit was giving problem.
I made complaint. Your (rude)engineer(Mr Pankaj 0117601633) came last week at 6.30pm. At that time my old parents were present at home. He demanded invoice.
My parents told him that daughter in law is not present at home. Moreover you can check that unit is brand new. Further my old parents requested him to fix the problem, either we will present bill (for warranty ) else we will pay.
He harassed them. He said he just came to notice problem only. It would be fixed next day. Till today he never visited or called us. Why you harass us.
I purchased unit directly from you. You should have full data in your system.
Why you ask us for Invoice. I got bill. If supposed bill misplaced. Will you discontinue warranty??? or shall you help customer to locate invoice copy, or shall you charge service, or shall you harass customer by not fixing unit.
