Some people like me never learn from their mistakes. Knowing that Eureka Forbes service was pitiable, I went ahead and exchanged my earlier Aquaguard Classic with the new Aquaguard Total Infiniti. During purchase the sales person Mr. Nitish Mishra and his superior Mr.Dilip promised
1) Refund of My AMC amount for the earlier model on prorata basis
2) The model has facility for uninterrupted water flow and only 1 litre water flow-options to be exercised as per need.
In keeping with the reputation of the organization, both promises are still unfulfilled. They have not returned the AMC money. Every day the sales person has one excuse or the other. Since the money is not big, I am inclined to stop pursuing the same and will have to stay contented with the thought that I have donated the money unwittingly to the undeserving.
Similarly when they came to sell the machine to me, they very well knew that my flat is the terrace flat and they should have indicated that the 1 Litre option may not work due to inadequate water pressure. They very skilfully omitted to mention that. Once the machine was installed and the payment was safely in their pockets, they came up with this ingenuous explanation that since my flat was on the topmost floor, the 1 litre option due to inadequate water pressure has become quarter litre.
So friends, if you have to buy water purification systems, buy anything but never buy aqua guard.
