I purchased Infiniti water purifier in July 2013. At the time of purchase I was going for RO Purifier, but your executive said that Infiniti is the best product and insisted on buying this one.
After one month from the day of purchase the water is not getting purified and odour and color of water also does not change. I have even complained a number of times, your service executive just checks and tell us that the water will not get purified more than that and the odor in water will remain the same, where as our neighbors are using Aquaguard Nova Purifier their water is getting purified and there is no odor.
Buying such a premium product, its just waste of money. Almost spent 12k and I’m still buying drinking water cans.
Its a wasteof money and also the response of the service executive is not good.
Would not recommend anyone to buy this product
