I strongly recommend the Total NF machine as it has excellent features and really useful. But be aware, the Marketing People are liars.
They make false commitments to sell the machine. Later they will start avoiding your calls. And when the time will come to fulfil their promises they will deny. It happened with me when I bought the Total NF Machine at Lucknow in July 2009. The service people told me in advance that after One Year I will have to get the cartridges and membranes changed with a cost of Rs. 3350.00. When I talked with the sales people before actually buying the machine, they promised that they will get the cartridges and membranes replaced from the company only and for 2 years I will not have to pay any money to the company for services and spares.
But when the time came(July 2010) the girl(Madam Ruchi) denied to honour her own words and refused to keep her promise. Even the area manager doesn’t gave any ear to me and favoured his staff as may be he is also interested to sell the machines rather than customer satisfaction. And I am forced to use the machine with same old cartridges and membranes.
Here necessary to mention that I am also using a Water Purifier(Royal) and Vacuum Cleaner of the same company.
