I have never seen such a poor customer service from a branded company. I bought an aquaguard protect last year. I live in chennai. I really worry why I chose this product despite many of my friend’s advice not to go for this company. whenever I call the customer care centre, I am invited by pre-recorded female voice saying " your call is important to us. kindly stay on line". but I really never get any person on line. I have been trying since last three days- daily atleast for 2 hours continuously. I am not able to get them on phone. this is not the first time I am experiencing this kind of response from them- but everytime. I advice everyone who reads this not to go for any product from eureka-forbes. this company representatives have all been trained how to cheat the people and make them buy their products. once u pay the money, that is the last moment they care about you. I will never advise to purchase an aquaguard product.
