I have purchased Total Reviva product from HSR layout branch from person named Shivakumar. At the time of taking money he was very polite and humble but even I got product after 2 days nobody came to install it for another 5 days.
Now the wall mount stand they installed is loose(machine is about to fall down) and when I called him for problem in installation he is not picking up calls.
There is nobody to guide for it as well. I have purchased product and now they don’t care about my sufferings. I have never seen such pathetic service ever.
I don’t recommend anybody to buy product from HSR layout franchise.
