Terrible support from customer service engineer

After I submitted my earlier review of this product, they provided a response. After which an engineer came to visit my home. I told him that filter is providing more than 20 litres of water per hour instead of recommended maximum of 8 litres.


The so called engineer explained to myself that in summers the Eureka Forbes water purifier will filter more water. I told him that the filter is right now filtering more than 20 litres of water an hour. He didn’’t have any idea of how that happens.


Then I made him see the manual which came with the product. It was mentioned:


’’’’If the water pressure is higher than the maximum specified, use of the pressure reducing valve is recommended. The above accessory is available with our company at an additional cost.’’’’.


I told him I need that pressure reducing valve is what we need here for which I will pay. He said there is no such thing he has ever heard of. He suggested that I shall buy the AMC from them, suggesting that they just want to earn more money from poor customers.


Finally that engineer told me that he will come back with that valve. Since then its been over a month he has never shown his face. This is the kind of service they are providing.
