I bought a Reviva model from Eureka Forbes as suggested by them after checking the TDS in the water.
Within 3months the water flow has gone down.earlier it took 60 to 70 mins for the tank to fill and it was taking more 5hrs. slowly there was no water flow. When we called the c.care, they send couple of who seems to be very new to the job.even after doing service the water level was very low. The technician said he will come with senior technician.Then after repeated reminders they came after couple of days and said that the membrane has gone and it will cost around Rs. 3300/-. I told them to hold on. I bought the machine only 3months back how come the membrane will be gone this sooner and also why Ive to pay for it for no mistake of mine. Then they left saying that they have to get the permission from the manager to get the membrane. If his manager approves then only they can change.
Another couple of days gone. Again Ive to call them repeatedly for 4 times however there was no response.Id to go thro the live chat describing the problem, then they send the same person with the membrane.
Then they replaced and said we have to flush the water for 15mins. then for another three months there was no problem. Today again it started.
Not sure, Ive raised a complaint 4 days Im not sure how long it will take for them to resolve this one?
