Poor Service - Infact no service at all

Purchased RO 9 months back and the jotting down the experience in few words


Product:


Easy to use and design/looks are OK. can be mounted on the wall which is a space saver. Provides purified water as it promises to do so ...but company should provide some tool along with the product to measure hardness etc along with the product...because that would be only way one can be sure..


Servicing:


and they promised service every 3 months.. even after follow up not even a single service is provided. Call centre guys are rude in handling the calls and do not try to understand the urgency ...implication of not providing service on time.


WIth this kind of product which can directly affect your health they should be more cautious and proactive in providing services. But they hardly care ...shows how responsible they are
