After buying this purifier, I am put into great trouble by the machine itself and Eureka Forbes. The RO machine which costed me less than 10K, is making me shelve out 5K per annum on service alone. (I am not including cost of can waters purchased during the period of service delays). Their AMC for the machine costs Rs.3400 per annum (whopping 34% of the cost of the machine).
Even if you are ready to pay this huge sum for maintenance, the quality of the service offered and the delays in attending the problems, will make you regret for buying this machine. I am attaching my service req no : 0057741338 (for reduced water outlet), this was filed on 12.04.2010. It is yet to be attended (now : 15.04.2010), this is despite of several reminder calls to the euro helpline (useless-line rather). I am using the can water for this period. Can the corporate guy of Eureka Forbes reading this review come out in public and reply what had really happened.
I would not recommend this model (or any of the model of Eureka Forbes) to even my enemy...
P.S. Mouthshut.com can you explain how if 12 out of 13 members have not recommended the product the overall recommendation of the product becomes 62%. I fully trust mouthshut, however you should explain and come clean before us.
