I purchased the Aquaguard filter on 17th May 2014. I had made an inquiry online and a sales person walked into my home the next day promptly with the filter. I was told I would receive the Eurodiya complimentary which I never received till date. I was told to regularly clean the candle provided.
On cleaning the candle, while fitting the inlet pipe back in place the connector broke and the pipe could not be fixed. I registered a complaint on Wednesday 4th June, at the Porvorim office(0832 2410712) and the toll free no(18602661177)From 4th June I have been regularly following up with the office person Sharda at the Porvorim office, her boss service in-charge Ashok(9325666561), the sales person Anand(8806731745) and the customer care toll free no. But no service still. Yesteray I was given the contact info of the service company whom the complaint was allocated to Sensar service(9422062792), the technician Silvester(8975526760) is sick and so unable to come was the response I got. There are no other technicians available. I communicated this to the customer care and I was told that a senior technician would visit me and my problem would be solved the same day.
Till date nothing has happened.
The service of this company is really very bad.
Please do not buy this product at least from Goa.
